With it, you can test your speaker by providing it with a signal and seeing how it reacts.
Fischer Amps Speaker Checker: quick answers
Basically, this checker is a signal generator combined with a small variable power amp. On the rear, you'll find two outputs, an XLR and a SpeakOn. With these, you can connect and test both active or passive speakers. On the front, you can adjust the frequency and volume. All you need to do then is turn the checker on and if all goes well, you should hear that signal through your speaker.
