Cable ties like these from Adam Hall are handy accessories. You use them to tie coiled cables together to prevent them from getting tangled. They are also practical for neatly bundling all kinds of loose cables together so they don't get in the way. In short: cable ties always come in handy. This one is made of Velcro and has a metal eyelet to pull everything tight. Also, this one is for a size more: as it has a length of 80 centimetres and a width of five centimetres. This is the blue version.
