The special thing about this cajon is, that it features Softtouch technology and that promises good things for you. Especially for sore hands. This is because Schlagwerk has created some extra space between the sound box and the percussion plate. The advantage of this is that it moves with you when playing slaps, resulting in a kind of cushioning effect. Painless playing pleasure is thus a reality.

CP410ST 2inOne BARISTA Softtouch: sublime sound

To produce a balanced sound, an 8-ply birch veneer was used for the soundboard. Barista veneer was chosen for the pickguard. The 2inOne construction allows you to remove the string mat to get the traditional Cuban sound. If you leave the mat in, you can then enjoy the sound of a modern snare Cajon. To take playing comfort to an even higher level, the corners are also rounded.
