Characteristics of the Yamaha CGS102A

The CGS102A is based on Yamaha's excellent-sounding CG series budget classical guitars. It is equipped with a solid spruce top and meranti sides and back, which work together to give a warm and full sound despite the smaller size and body depth of just 84 mm. The nato wood neck is equipped with a 19-fret rosewood fretboard and has a 48mm wide nut; a lot smaller than that of a full-size classical guitar. All in all, the CGS102A delivers the famous Yamaha sound and feel that a beginner will enjoy for many years to come.
