General
While still affordable, the Ortega R270F classical guitar has been hand-crafted in Spain using high quality tonewoods: from the solid North American spruce soundboard to the rosewood flamenco body. This tried-and-tested wood combination shapes an immediately warm acoustic sound framed by rich overtones and full-bodied sustain and, since the mahogany neck has been bound to the body using the Spanish heel technique where the body is actually built around the neck, the stability of this instrument is raised to a professional level. Dark rosewood binding, a traditional soundhole rosette and a rosewood fretboard and bridge complete the elegant, time-honoured look. Deluxe gig bag included.
