Ortega's R131 is a classical guitar from the Family Pro series. It has a solid cedar top, a neck, back and sides made of mahogany and a walnut fretboard for a lively sound with excellent resonance. It's fitted with D'Addario EXP46 coated strings that retain their warm tone for up to four times longer than other strings. The 2-way truss rod allows you make neck adjustments when necessary and this classical guitar even comes complete with a gig bag so that you can easily take it with you.

De Ortega R131 bevalt mij uitstekend. Naar mijn mening speelt de gitaar heerlijk en ik vind dat het massieve bovenblad van deze gitaar voor een aangename klank zorgt. De tas die erbij zit is ook van een goede kwaliteit.

Deze gitaar,Ortega R131 Family Pro, heb ik gekozen als eerste gitaar. Voor mijn zoontje had ik ook een Ortega gekocht en aangezien ik het geluid dat daaruit kwam heel mooi vind klinken wilde ik ik zelf ook voor een Ortega gaan. Deze gitaar heeft mij zeker niet teleur gesteld. Voordeel is dat de gitaar geleverd wordt met een stevige gitaartas. Ik speel nu twee weken op de gitaar en heb nog geen minpunten kunnen ontdekken.

Heel erg lang getwijfeld welke gitaar ik moest kopen, uiteindelijk heb ik de R131 besteld en ik kan niet anders dan lof spreken over de gitaar. De solid top maakt echt het verschil in de volle klank en de halspen zorgt ervoor dat die nog lang meegaat. Bij mijn vorige gitaar was dit namelijk niet en daar boog de hals al redelijk snel om.
