Blackstar's ID:30TVP boasts the same features and unique tube modelling tech as its bigger siblings in the revolutionary ID Series. This compact 30-Watt combo combines the pros of a programmable digital transistor amp with the authentic sound, dynamics and volume of good-ole tubes. Not only that, the ID:30TVP is amazingly user-friendly and offers six different voicings ranging from warm cleans to super crunch and high-gain overdrive. In addition, there are no less than four modulation, four delay and four reverb effects of studio-grade quality loaded in and, of course, LOUD Valve modelling technology.
The Blackstar ID:30TVP: True Valve Power
The 'TVP' bit in the name stands for True Valve Power, the technology that serves up the sound, response and punch of six different power amp valves (EL84, 6V6, EL34, KT66, 6L6, KT88). In just four simple steps, you can set up the tone you've always dreamt of. First, select one of the aforementioned voicings. Then, tweak the 2-band EQ to taste and switch the ISF control to all-out American, full-proper British or somewhere in the middle. Finally, set up your go-to tube emulation and add any effects you'd like before you start shredding until your ears start to bleed. Any user-made sounds can be stored in one of the 128 available slots, and you're free to plug in a multifunctional footswitch for hands-free preset control.
Practical Extras
With the ID:30 TVP, you can record sound via USB or the emulated out / headphone output. Blackstar's GUI software is included, and next extensive tweaking options, offers the possibility of sharing your creations with an online community. Last but not least, this versatile combo comes equipped with a mini-jack input for your phone or drum computer so you can jam along with songs, rhythms or backing tracks.
Tips or comments about this product- Starting with v1.6.2, INSIDER software features Super Wide Stereo technology both in real-time and during recording, as well as playback via Emulated Output and USB audio.
- INSIDER software from v1.6.2 allows you to record the sound of the amp to an iOS device via an optional Apple Camera Connection Kit or Apple Lighting-USB adapter.

De footswitch is zeker een toegevoegde waarde. Hij kan in verschillende modi gebruikt worden om gewoon patches op te vragen, of om effecten apart aan en uit te zetten.
Als ik 1 ding nog zou toevoegen aan deze amp, dan is het een fx loop - al was het maar om bvb met een looper te kunnen werken die niet mee door de effecten van de amp gestuurd wordt.
Al bij al een zeer veelzijdige amp, perfect voor zowel thuis als in een band, want luid is hij absoluut ook!

De versterkers die ik heb uitgeprobeerd waren een:
Fender Mustang II
Fender Acoustasonic 150
Marshall AS50D 50W
Het is een persoonlijke smaak qua geluid wat bij je past en dat waren de 3 bovenstaande toch net niet.
Nu ben ik zeer tevreden over de Blackstar ID:30TVP 30W wat een fijne versterker met een mooi warm geluid op diverse manieren te regelen.
Toch nog geslaagd en alles via Bax Shop, mijn complimenten voor de goeie service!

Ik had wel een probleem met aansluiten van een hoofdtelefoon. Het geluid bleef gewoon uit de speaker komen en niet uit de koptelefoon. Ook met een andere koptelefoon geprobeerd, zelfde probleem. Dus bax-shop gebeld en kon de versterker zonder probleem en zonder kosten terugsturen en kreeg een nieuwe. De nieuwe bleek precies hetzelfde probleem te hebben... Lag het dan toch aan mij of een instelling. Na veel proberen (er zit een hele compacte handleiding bij de versterker) blijkt bij een laag master volume het geluid over de koptelefoon te spelen, maar zodra je het master volume harder zet, schakelt de versterker automatisch de koptelefoon uit en gaat het via de speaker. Veilig voor de oren maar liever bepaal ik zelf hoe hard ik het geluid in mijn koptelefoon heb.
Conclusie: super versterker die echt met kop en schouders boven alle andere (bekende) merken uit steekt.
