Together with master guitarist Michael Landau, Fender designed a signature version of the Hot Rod Deville. This 2x12 amplifier combo is designed to be a blank canvas on which you can draw your own guitar sound. The ML Hot Rod Deville 212 is made to excel in combination with effect pedals. Fender's signature amp is characterised by two switchable clean channels with a 6dB boost that share an equalizer, yet have their own separate volume controls.

Fender ML Hot Rod Deville 212 ML EU: Groove Tubes and Celestion

At the base of the sound of this tube amplifier is a preamp with 3 Groove Tubes 12AX7 tubes. Add the two Groove Tubes 6L6 power tubes and you are assured of the same amazing clean sound with low-end headroom like that of the Hot Rod Deville 212. Together with two Celestion G12 V-type speakers, this Michael Landau signature combo gives you a loud, solid sound with the famous Fender clarity. This version comes with a cable with a plug for continental Europe.

Spring Reverb and effects loop

When you've found the perfect sound you can enrich it with a dash of genuine spring reverb. To make sure modulation, reverb and delay stomp boxes are done proper justice, this Fender Hot Rod Deville features an effects loop that runs from a Preamp Out (FX send) to a Power Amp in (FX return). The foot switch input is meant for the included 2-knob foot switch that lets you switch between the three channels. Lastly, it has an external speaker output so you can connect an optional 4 or 8-ohm speaker cabinet.
