Fluid Audio's Strum Buddy is a guitar monitor and mini amplifier with a suction cup that sticks on to your guitar! It has a 40 mm neodymium speaker that produces 6 watts of power and a built-in rechargeable battery that last up to 3.5 hours!
Strum Buddy
The Strum Buddy produces a clean sound but Fluid Audio understand that guitarists want to rock out too which is why they've added built-in effects. In fact, there are three! There's distortion for when you want to shred as well as chorus and reverb effects to give your sound an extra dimension. Best of all, because the Strum Buddy sticks to your guitar, you can perform on the move!

The sound is very, very quiet and not great quality. Does not compare to Bluetooth speakers of the same size or power. Tried it with several different guitars with different pickups - made no difference.

Deze miniversterker vormt samen met mijn Hofner reisgitaar een perfect huwelijk om op verplaatsing te spelen of te jammen met muzikanten. Miniversterker in de tas gitaar schouderen en wegwezen. Klinkt zeer mooi en met effecten:.

Je suis agréablement surprise. Le son est bon et cet appareil est vraiment très pratique notamment lors de déplacements (on peut facilement le transporter dans son sac de transport).

Enorm handig gadget. Ik vind de geluidskwaliteit zeer degelijk. Met de effecten erbij is de strum buddy een volwaardige versterker, als je niet al te veeleisend bent.

Fantastisch! Ik had geen hoge verwachtingen maar helemaal te gek! Ik gebruik hem op mijn akoestisch elektrische gitaar "Gretsch rancher" om heel klein beetje te versterken als ik buiten rondloop. Geeft net dat extra zodat je ook subtiel kunt tokkelen en toch hoorbaar bent bijvoorbeeld op een fair. Donderdag gekocht en vr za en zo mee gespeeld op de Landgoedfair. Was even zoeken naar juiste instelling. Ik heb meest heldere sound gekregen door alleen reverb aan te zetten en heb maar heel klein beetje volume open hoeven draaien. Ik moest verder bij mijn gitaar notch helemaal wegdraaien en af en toe het spelertje even heel goed aandrukken. Heb uren gespeeld ca 5 uur en tussendoor misschien even 20 min aan stroom gehad. Zonder problemen gespeeld. Ik heb hem aan rechts onderaan achterkant klankkast geplaatst. Minder zichtbaar en geluid mengt zich dan heel mooi.
Verder ook nog op mijn elektrische Gretsch 6120 geprobeerd maar dat vond ik niet veel toevoegen. Akoestisch dus helemaal geweldig is echt veel relaxter en subtieler spelen.
