The Supro 1612RT Amulet 1x10 combo comes loaded with valve-driven reverb and tremolo effects and, looking at the built-in power attenuator, this vintage-voiced guitar amplifier has been specifically designed for gigging guitarists, giving them the option to change the output to 15, 5 or 1 Watt. The warm, sugar-coated tube sound is thrust out by a 10-inch Celestion Creamback speaker made in the UK, and for a vintage-style amp, the Amulet 1612RT packs a surprising amount of gain yet also easily hits the sweet-spot at lower volume levels.

The 1612RT Amulet: Classic Supro Crunch

The preamp section of the Amulet shapes warm cleans as standard, but when you push the volume beyond the 12 o'clock setting, you're immediately treated to that classic Supro-style crunch. Driven by a single 6L6 power amp valve, this class-A amp offers a rich core sound and natural valve compression. Set the power output to 1W for bedroom sessions, kick it up to 5 Watts in the studio or turn it up to 15 Watts before you hit the stage - whatever you do, an excellent dynamic response and little to no unwanted noise are a given.

Zalige amp voor een degelijke prijs. De ingebouwde attenuator maakt deze bruikbaar in veel verschillende situaties. De spring reverb klinkt daarbij zalig. De tremolo is iets zachter dan ik had gehoopt maar klinkt wel goed.
