With the Infinity 500 Combo, Darkglass indulges both studio-based and stage-prowling bassists in need of the perfect blend of power and precision. This 500W bass guitar amplifier also features every modern convenience you might need, including a MIDI port for your Darkglass MIDI footswitch (7-pin) or standard 5-pin MIDI gear; a USB-C port for unlocking the USB audio interface options that this combo wields and connecting to the Darkglass Suite; and USB MIDI In/Out for seamless integration with digital systems.

The Infinity 500 Combo: Optimum Signal Transfer

In addition to the above, Darkglass has mounted a Post DI output to give you the option to send the processed signal to a mixer or external audio interface, with or without speaker simulation. The same goes for the fitted Pre DI port and your unprocessed signal. Meanwhile, the line output enables you to link up multiple combos, and the built-in effects loop supports your favourite effect pedals. Love honing your bass lines late at night? No worries, the headphone output with built-in speaker simulation has you fully covered.

Wide-Ranging Sound

As well as five user presets, the Darkglass Infinity 500 Combo sets you up with a compressor that you can stick before or after the drive section. The Drive section is packed out with four modes (Leo Bass, Vintage Microtubes, Microtubes B3K and Alpha·Omega) and a flexible Blend control that lets you mash up various sounds, including the Drive blend and the Octaver blend. So you can fine-tune your sound in minute detail, this high-end combo has been finished with a set of impacting tone controls.
