General

The professional Beyma SMC280/N treble compression driver has a high-grade ferrite magnet at it's core which is supported by a 1.75 inch voice-coil made of lightweight aluminium and a polyester diaphragm. As a result, this driver packs an 800Hz to 18,000Hz frequency range and a 105dB sensitivity level - specs that combine to result in an acoustic output with a flat response and low harmonic distortion. This model has an AES power rating of 50 Watts at 8 Ohms.
