General

Whether you need to amplify a drum kit, a guitar amp cabinet or a complete choir, this pair of Beyerdynamic TG 153c overhead stereo condenser mics will get the job done. They have three important features, namely a broad frequency range, high sensitivity, and the ability to handle highs sound pressure levels. Thanks to the set's cardioid directional pattern, the TG 153c is ideal for close-miking a snare or guitar cabinet.

Beyerdynamic TG 153c stereo set also suitable for distant miking

The Beyerdynamic TG 153c set of condenser mics is also suitable for amplifying audio sources at a distance. They boast a frequency range of 20 to 20,000 Hz and an excellent signal-to-noise ratio with a cut-ff of 140 dB, making it insusceptible to explosively loud sounds. The design of these microphones are special as well. The exterior is made of a rugged carbon fibre and the interior allows for a subtle treble boost to make sure every detail comes through in the mix. This set is nothing short of top-notch!
