The Bliss series by Dream Cymbals is made by hand according to old Turkish traditions. None of the cymbals in this series have the high-gloss finish most cymbals have these days, which makes this cymbal look like an authentic model from the 1950s. This unique production process involves hammering the B20 bronze alloy by hand, then aligning it and hammering it again. The thin circles created while the cymbal is spun on the lathe give it a round, warm tone with clear stick definition while the hammering process ensures a dark, rich undertone. Because the edges are thinner, the bow offers an explosive response, which is exactly what a crash should do.
