General
The Signature series has been in production since 1989. For this line, Paiste has created a secret bronze composition, which is whispered to be close to B12 bronze. What we do know for sure is that the sound is very bright, warm and full. This is because this Fast Medium Crash has a medium weight, which means it is thicker than a regular Fast Crash. This also gives it a more explosive character. The fast response, short sustain and even fade out make this cymbal all-round usable, but especially for high volumes. This one has a diameter of 20 inches.
Signature series
As mentioned, the Signature series is made with a secret bronze composition. This metal then undergoes an extensive dressing and alignment process by Paiste's Swiss craftsmen. The result is a series of cymbals with great musicality, which can be used for pop to heavy metal and R&B to Country.
