Even though they are often hit hard, cymbals are precious and fragile instruments and one of the biggest determinants of your sound as a drummer. Therefore, it is important to protect your cymbals properly, even during transport. A cymbal bag or case is of course a must for any travelling drummer, but even with a good case it can happen that your cymbals rub against each other and cause scratches. To prevent this, Meinl has created the MCD-22 cymbal protectors.

Meinl MCD-22 cymbals protectors

Place the 22-inch cymbal protector between two cymbals in your bag or case and prevent damage. A hole is placed in the middle so you can secure the protector in your case. The MCD-22 is made of high-quality synthetic leather and comes in pairs. Also available in 14-inch version. (MCD-14)
