Incompleet product ontvangen in een beschadigde doos. gevraagd aan de of het incomplete product nog na te leveren was, maar dat kon niet. het antwoord van de klantenservice (via mail) was dat ik het moest retourneren in plaats van samen met mij een oplossing te bedenken of een alternatief te sturen. erg slecht

Echt een slecht product. Tot twee keer toe een incompleet product ontvangen. Uiteindelijk zelf maar een oplossing bedacht.
