Shure KSE1500 electrostatic earphone system
The KSE 1500 is the best in ear system I have listened to by a significant margin. It compares well with desktop headphones of a similar price but in a pocket sized package.
I works well from the USB port of my android phones, but I tend to use it with my AK120 titan which enables me to carry over 1/2 TB of high resolution music.
The detail is remarkable and the sound isolation is top rate. Although it comes with a good range of replaceable tips, I have bought my own spin fit tips which are even better than those provided (YMMV).
Battery life is estimated at 10 hours which seems fine as although I've not let it run dry I'm getting a comfortable six hours with plenty of juice to spare.
Warning this will expose any flaws or limitaions in you music, don't expect these to make poor music sound better, they'll make it sound worse. But if you have good quality music and a decent player, your ears will ge the treat of their lives...
