The EQ Pad by Evans is a great way to dampen your kick drum and gain more control over the attack and sustain. At the same time, there'll be fewer unwanted overtones to deal with, which means this pad nicely tightens up your overall sound. It's also easy to secure to the bottom of your bass drum thanks to the included hook-and-loop fastening strip. Time to remove that old blanket!
