Deze gel pads zijn extra handig daar het verschillende maten zijn. Vaak twijfel ik of ik een of twee pads op een vel plak daar het geluid dan net weer te veel of te weinig dempt. Door te werken met kleine pads kun je precies naar wens het vel dempen. Je kunt ze in meerdere kleuren krijgen en het is leuk om de gewenste kleur te combineren met de kleur van je drumstel.
