New functions of Ableton Live 9 Standard (German)

Ableton Live is already up to version 9, and as such the workflow is more optimised than ever before. A new sound browser helps you quickly find the sound you're looking for, and you can also automate parameters. The number of sounds provided has also been expanded, and the Standard edition comes with an impressive 11GB sound bank with 1,100 sounds from a wide range of music genres.

Grandiose projects

Ableton 9 Standard offers unlimited scenes, audio and MIDI tracks, so the size of your project is only limited by the capacity of your computer. The program uses relatively little processing power, which further supports large projects. Once you've put your track together there are plenty of effects and plugins for dotting your i's and crossing your t's, and you can easily make every track sound fantastic with the Glue Compressor, which has adjustable attack and release time. The Glue Compressor really shines when it comes to drum tracks and the EQ Eight gives it all a nice, professional finish.
