General

The Klotz SmartBeam DUO to 2x LC/UPC breakout cable is designed for use in demanding environments such as outdoor locations. With an ultra-solid construction and IP67 rating, this cable is resistant to dust and water, and is suitable for transmissions of 10 Gbit/s over distances of up to 300 metres. The cable contains a multimode OM4 fibre with 50/125 µm core and offers extremely low attenuation (<0.7 dB/km). With SmartBeam technology, the connector can withstand more than 3000 mating cycles without physical contact, ensuring long-term stable performance. The cable has an outer dimension of less than 6 mm and is highly flexible, ideal for demanding applications.
