General
The Klotz F2US3LAA040 FiberLink 40m is the ideal solution for anyone looking for reliable long-distance digital transmission. This single-mode OS2 fibre optic cable features a FiberFlex ULTRA jacket, making it durable yet extremely flexible. The robust OpticalCon ADVANCED DUO plug with a metal housing and automatic IP65 seal protects against dirt and water. With a transmission capacity of up to 10 Gbit/s, you can easily bridge distances of up to 10 km (bulk specification), whilst ultra-low attenuation (<0.35 dB/km at 1310 nm, <0.21 dB/km at 1550 nm) guarantees signal quality. Thanks to aramid fibres and an extra-thick acrylic coating, the cable continues to function reliably even under tension and when bent sharply: the ideal workhorse for touring, outdoor events and fixed installations.
