The Klotz F4US36A002 FiberLink SM has been specially developed for demanding digital applications where reliability and performance are essential. This 2-metre-long breakout cable combines a robust FiberFlex ULTRA outer sheath with single-mode OS2 optical fibres (9/125 µm), enabling excellent transmission at speeds of up to 10 Gbit/s over distances of up to 10 kilometres. Thanks to the opticalCON QUAD connector on one end and four SC/UPC connectors on the other, this is the perfect solution for quickly and securely connecting, for example, mobile equipment or fixed installations. The cable is extremely flexible and resistant to heavy mechanical stress; making it ideal for use in live environments or outdoors. The combination of a PUR sheath, aramid strain relief and low attenuation (<0.35 dB/km at 1310 nm, <0.21 dB/km at 1550 nm) ensures that interference and signal loss are virtually eliminated.
