The Klotz F4USFAFAG200 4-channel SM FiberLink has been developed for situations where reliability and capacity are paramount. This multi-cable assembly on a sturdy GT380 cable reel comprises four single-mode OS2 fibre-optic cores, fitted with FC/APC connectors at both ends for an excellent return loss ratio. Thanks to the FiberFlex ULTRA cable with a PUR jacket, the set is not only exceptionally robust and flexible, but also capable of withstanding the harshest outdoor conditions. With a transmission rate of up to 10 Gbit/s over 10 kilometres and ultra-low loss (< 0.35 dB/km at 1310 nm, < 0.21 dB/km at 1550 nm), stable signal transmission is always guaranteed. Aramid fibres provide additional strain relief, allowing for tight bending radii whilst minimising kink sensitivity – essential for professional AV and network installations in the field.
