General

Casio's Privia PX-770BK is a great digital piano at a great price that sounds and plays just like the real thing. It has everything you need to start or further develop your playing, including a full-sized velocity-sensitive keyboard, excellent piano sounds and various educative options and classical pieces to play along with. The piano comes complete with a frame, pedals, and a music stand. A piano bench is sold separately.

Realistic

The PX-770BK has several piano samples to choose from that sound more realistic than ever thanks to Casio's own AiR Sound Source module. Thanks to the velocity-sensitive Tri-Sensor II Hammer Action keys with either ivory or ebony surface structure, it'll feel exactly like you're playing an acoustic upright. Another advantage of the PX-770BK as opposed to a traditional acoustic, besides the fact that it's significantly lighter in weight, is that you'll never need to tune it! What's more, unlike an acoustic piano, you can connect a set of headphones to the Privia and practice in silence any time, day or night!

Features

The Privia offers some great features, including Concert Play, which enables you to hone in on your soloist skills by playing along with ten well-known classical pieces performed by a full symphony orchestra! What's more, you can record your session and learn from your mistakes. You can also connect your computer to the piano via USB and record in MIDI, then use a DAW like Logic, Cubase or even Garageband to edit and mix your very own song!

Casio Privia PX-770BK Digital Piano (Black)
Wrote the following about Casio Privia PX-770BK Digital Piano (Black)
I purchased a Casio Privia PX-770BK Digital Piano (Black). I purchased this model because my kids have piano lessons and in the music school they have the previous version of this model, the PX760. Their teacher is an accomplished pianist who tested loads and thought they were the best in that price range. My kids and I are very happy with the product and the service from Bax Music. Competitively priced, delivered quickly and on time, well packaged and excellent communication along the way.
