The DP-90Se-PE is an elegant and compact digital piano with a beautiful Polished Ebony finish. Not only does the piano look very chic, but it offers a fantastic sound and an exceptionally pleasant keyboard. The renowned SuperNATURAL piano sound generator and the PHA-4 Concert keyboard with Escapement and Ebony/Ivory Feel will make you feel like you are playing an authentic piano. The realistic, spacious sound of the DP-90e can even be experienced while you are wearing headphones, thanks to the 3D Ambience effect. Connect the piano to your iPad via the separately available Roland WNA1100-RL Wireless USB Adapter, and two free Roland apps enable you to play along with your favourite music, to control the DP-90Se-PE and to display the sheet music for built-in songs, external MIDI files and the parts you have played yourself.
DP-90Se: PHA-4 Concert keyboard
The main difference between the Roland DP-90e and this DP-90Se is the keyboard. Both models have Ivory Feel keys that are fitted with a moisture-absorbing finish, but the PHA-4 Concert keyboard of the DP-90Se is made of ebony. You'll feel like you are playing the ivory and ebony keys of an authentic grand piano! An additional benefit is the improved hammer mechanism of the PHA-4, which produces less noise than previous models, which means that if you are wearing headphones, you can practise to your heart's content without bothering others.
SuperNATURAL sound system
Thanks to Roland's latest touch-sensing technology, the DP-90Se accurately registers your playing, causing the SuperNATURAL system to create an incredibly life-like reproduction of an acoustic piano. The sound generator has been enhanced with a Dynamic Harmonic function, which adds additional power to your fortissimo passages, both in volume and in timbre. The sound of the piano can be fully adapted to your personal preferences: the Individual Note Voicing functionality enables you to adjust the pitch, the volume and the sound characteristics for each separate note.
