Roland FP-10 Digital Piano + + Frame and Piano Bench

The piano and stand are the quality you expect from Roland. The key bed feels great and the response and sound are also very impressive at this price point especially.
The items were delivered very fast with no issues.
I would recommend the Roland FP-10 for all level of users. Very happy with it.

I had a Roland stage piano many years ago and was looking for something similar which I could play at home but was easily transportable to take to friends /gigs. This is a great keyboard, light enough to carry and with a lovely piano tone. Although the speakers aren’t as powerful as the FP30 they are perfect for home or even a small venue. There’s some good keyboard settings including grand piano, electric piano, jazz organ, split keyboard and if you download the Piano Partner2 app you can access even more (the acoustic bass is great when you want to create a walking bass line accompaniment over a piano melody). Ordering online with Bax Music was easy and straightforward, great prices too (a lot cheaper than elsewhere). Communication about my order was great and it arrived in good time before Christmas. Overall I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend Bax Music for your musical requirements.

I agree with other reviews - it’s a good, solid stand but would be better if the pedal could be integrated into a panel running horizontally across the bottom of the unit.

I’m a beginner and this is my first digital piano. I bought this one after looking at lots of reviews online, and I’m very impressed with it.
The keys feel like an acoustic piano - I think the white keys are made of synthetic ivory, so they don’t feel at all plasticky.
It sounds exactly like an acoustic piano to me, but I’m not experienced enough to be able to hear any nuanced differences.
It comes with about 15 different sound settings (harpsichord etc) which seems ok. I’ve not really used the different settings too much.
One downside I have found so far is the Roland App - I can’t make any sense of it! I’ve tried a demo version of the FlowKey App instead and this seems to suit my way of learning. It’s a shame Roland doesn’t have something similar, as the paid-for version of the FlowKey App is quite pricey. Maybe I’m missing something with the Roland App. I tried it for a bit but gave up after a while.
The other thing to note is that the FP-10 only has one pedal (it has a basic one in the box, but other reviewers have suggested upgrading it - even with an upgrade, it still only works with one pedal). This is ok for me, but I imagine would be a problem for more advanced users.
Overall, for the price it’s a really impressive digital piano and I would definitely recommended it. I’m very pleased with it.

Good stand, I would like for it to have some cable management options. These days that's a must, more with an stylish object as a digital piano, cables hanging around doesn't make justice to the instrument.

Also it should have an option for the fixed pedal, that is not possible with this one, so you'll have the pedal floating around all the time. Needing to go for the higher models just for this simple feature is something that doesn't fit in my mind.

Definitely room for improvement, but still a solid stand.

I bought 3 of these for my studio. Fantastic quality and comfortable. They look great too.
