General

The Casio CDP-S110 is a very compact and lightweight digital piano that you can easily take anywhere with you to play anywhere. The fact that it runs on batteries in addition to the AC adapter is all the more convenient. The CDP-S11 has 88 touch-sensitive hammer-action keys with a fine non-slip feel. It is easy to operate and therefore ideally suited to the beginning pianist.

Casio CDP-S110 digital piano

Not necessary for the beginner, the jumble of functions you often find on all kinds of pianos is confusing and often unnecessary. Not so with the Casio CDP-S110, which focuses on what is important, e.g. ten good-sounding acoustic and electronic pianos, clear functions and a handy metronome. Furthermore, you will find two eight-watt speakers, but if you want a bit more volume, you can also connect the CDP-S110 to an amplifier. Also standard are a jack for your headphones, a USB-B port (MIDI via USB), and an AUX input to connect your smartphone or tablet. The sustain pedal included also has its own socket, of course.

The Chordana Play for Piano: an app with music in it

Another cool feature on this Casio digital piano is the ability to connect to the free app Chordana Play for Piano. This app allows you to control tempo, rhythm and metronome, read pdf sheet music from your tablet (musical library with 60 songs), even turning pages using the pedal, and practice new songs at your own pace with repeat function and tempo control. In short: absolutely recommended!
