General

Be inspired by the warm, dynamic sound of the Fender Hammertone Breakup Drive - an overdrive pedal that sounds and reacts like a red-hot tube amp. Thanks to its JFET circuits, this pedal feels remarkably responsive: when you play softly, your sound remains clear and open, but as soon as you hit harder, just enough overdrive is released for that recognisable edge. Whether you're looking for a subtle drive that can be on all the time or just a dynamic pedal that follows your playing style, this Hammertone has it all.

Breakup Drive with different modes

With two adjustable clipping modes, you'll effortlessly choose between a light crunch and a full-blown medium-gain overdrive. The tone control is extremely versatile, while the switchable mid boost of a whopping 20dB gives that extra push when you need it. Everything is packed in a robust aluminium case with jack connectors placed at the top, so you can tuck the cables neatly away under your pedalboard. The Fender Hammertone Breakup Drive is designed to work with both 9V and 18V power supplies. If you connect an 18V adapter, you get up to 6dB of extra headroom, for a tighter sound with more dynamics and definition.
