General
The Stentor SR1438A Student II 4/4 is a full-size double bass, specially designed for beginners and advanced students. This bass is crafted from solid, hand-carved tonewood, including a spruce top and a maple back and sides. This ensures a rich, clear tone with good projection. The instrument is finished in a warm amber-brown varnish and features an ebony fingerboard. Thanks to the solid brass tuning pegs, tuning remains easy and stable. The set comes complete with a padded case and a high-quality wooden bow. In short: everything a student needs to get started straight away.
