General
Tama's Imperialstar drum kits have been popular for years. That's no surprise as they sound good, they're attractively priced and versatile too. They're also renowned for their excellent quality. The shells in this kit are made of 6 plies of poplar and are a total of 8 mm thick. The kit also includes all the hardware you need, cymbals, a bass drum pedal and even a drum throne. This version has a Candy Apple Mist finish.
The Tama IE62H6W-CPM Imperialstar 6-Piece Drum Kit
The IE62H6W configuration consists of a 22 x 16-inch bass drum, 10 x 7 and 12 x 8-inch rack toms, 14 x 13 and 16 x 15-inch floor toms and a 14 x 5-inch snare drum. All of the shells have Tama Precision Bearing Edges. The hardware pack has a double tom holder, two cymbals stands (one with boom arm), a hi-hat stand, a snare drum stand, a single bass drum pedal and a drum throne. In the cymbal set, you'll find a 14-inch hi-hat, a 16-inch crash and a 20-inch ride that all come from the MSC series. In fact, the only other thing you'll need to purchase is a set of drumsticks and you'll be good to go!
