Promark F5AAG ActiveGrip 5A Forward Balance drumsticks

Drummers tend to heat up as they play, resulting in sweaty hands and slippery sticks. That doesn't have to be a problem any more, though, if you use the Promark 5A sticks with an ActiveGrip lacquer layer. ActiveGrip actually gets sticky as your hands heat up so you get the extra grip you need. The lacquer isn't rough like other types of grip, so your hands will stay intact. Not only that, but the layer is so thin that the weight and thickness is the same as your standard 5A stick, so your technique won't be affected.

Forward Balance

This pair of sticks has Forward Balance weight distribution. That means that a relatively large portion of the weight is at the front end of the stick. In order to achieve this, the shoulder of the stick is shorter than that of a Rebound Balance stick. The result is a stick that's perfect for playing with a lot of speed and power. The rather long teardrop tip makes it possible to get clear articulation and stick definition.
