General

Vic Firth's Extreme line includes sticks that are just a bit longer than classic sticks. Each stick gains half an inch in length, which amounts to about 12.7 mm. The Vic Firth American Classic Extreme X8D drumsticks are therefore based on the original X8D sticks - but with some extra length. This is ideal for drummers who sit a bit further away from their drum kit and thus need to reach further to comfortably play the cymbals and cymbals.
