Great microphone i actually purchased this item for my nephew who has autism and learning difficulties as he loves to sing along with his favourite group it also helps with his stammer. Thankyou bax for making on little boy very happy he feels like a little star himself.

Have used SM58 and other Indusry standard mics, however trying to provide reasonable quality equipment, leads, speakers etc for musicians and being unpaid, the Behringer XM8500 provides an excellent sound for a great price, it feels good, no nasty on off switches, and doesnt fall apart. If looked after they will last, if dropped and broken, it doesn't break the bank. I own 4 of these mics used mainly for vocals andi am very pleased.
