General

This vocal and speech microphone from Stagg has been designed for those in love with that classic '50s radio broadcasting or singer-in-a-smoky-bar, vintage styled look. While it looks like an antique, this ode to the birth of Rock 'n' Roll is not only more affordable but comes with a few contemporary twists including a lightweight plastic housing (light when compared to the full metal jacket worn by its inspiration). It also comes with an XLR to jack microphone cable and an integrated tilting holder complete with on/off switch.

J'ai plusieurs micros (Shure, Beyer) mais en province et étant confiné en région parisienne j'ai commandé ce micro à petit prix. A vrai dire, j'ai été séduit non seulement par le prix mais aussi par son look. Il est livré dans une boite contenant un câble XLR/Jack 6,35 et un adaptateur "pas de vis" pour pied de micro (dont je n'ai pas eu besoin). Je viens de l'avoir donc je ne m'en suis pas beaucoup servi mais il fait le boulot. Il m'a l'air très directif mais facilement exploitable. De loin, il a le look mais de près c'est du plastoc. J'apprécie son interrupteur aussi. Evidemment à 27 il ne fait pas de miracle mais ça marche et c'est le principal.

Hele leuke microfoon! Ziet er mooi uit en werkt goed! Mooie klank, je moet wel redelijk dicht bij de micro staan.

Behuizing is degelijk plastic, jammer dat het geen echt metaal is.

"Erg handig is dat hij direct op een willekeurig microfoonstatief te schroeven is."

Dat is bij mij dus niet zo de schroefdraad in de mic zelf en wat er ingedraaid moet zitten zat er niet in het stukje zelf kan ik op mijn standaard draaien maar het raakt niet in mijn mic. Het is er te klein voor en niet geforceerd. Zo werd het dan ook geleverd. Ik heb al naar de klantenservice gemaild. Ik begrijp dat het druk is maar ik krijg steeds de verkeerde info, ookal heb ik heel de naam van de mic gestuurd. Ik kan mijn mic dus niet op een standaard plaatsen. Dit is de eerste keer dat ik bij bax shop iets besteld heb en als dit al direct gebeurt en het wordt niet opgelost is dit ook de laatse keer geweest.
