Using its patented Spectral Shaping Tool technology, Antares has managed to create exact copies of as many as 125 microphone models from the likes of AKG, Alesis, Audio Technica, Audix, Blue, Brauner, ElectroVoice, Marshall, Neumann and even Behringer. All these models have the character and dynamics of the original, you can insert these models directly into the effect insert of the vocals or instruments you record. As each microphone has different options, you can also mimic them in the software. Does the microphone have a low cut filter? Recording with or without pop screen? Closed or natural miking recordings? Everything is possible. And for the final touch, you can even apply some tube saturation to the final signal.
