Eventide Blackhole Native reverb plugin

This Eventide Blackhole Native reverb plugin is a real treat for sound designers. At first, it seems as though there aren't many parameters to control, but nothing could be further from the truth. Besides a silky smooth reverb, there's also a modulation with a feedback parameter so you can tweak the sharp/resonant tone characteristics as much as you want. Long story short, this reverb is a great addition to any sound designer's collection and is particularly suitable for makers of ambient and electro music, and sound scapes.

The Blackhole ribbon controller

In the picture, you can see blue arches around the rotary knobs, which is a great feature in combination with the ribbon controller. Using the arches, you can determine the extremes per rotary knob, and by moving the ribbon from left to right, you can insert those values from one extreme to the other as you desire. In other words, you can gradually blend the characteristics of one reverb into another. This transition sounds completely natural and can be considered as an extra parameter that other reverb plugins without ribbon controllers can't offer!
