Ortega Horse Kick Pro Stomp Box

So - I had read a few reviews of the horse kick pro and was very keen to get one. So I did, but I then sent it back pretty quickly.
Here's why...
Firstly, before I continue, the product looks great! Packaging good, and deliver from Bax was prompt. The 5 different sounds - also spot on !! Its a great variety for the user.

So..why did I send it back? Reliability of sound. Im not a drummer and I found foot taps on the horse kick produced varied results. Sometimes it didnt produce a sound, sometimes it did. Upon further research it turned out that wooden type stomp boxes are quite tricky to use.

Personally, I need a stomp box that I can tap that reliably produces a sound (no matter where on the box I tap it) and this wasnt the case. So its 3 stars from me Im afraid. Pity as otherwise I quite liked it

Ortega Horse Kick Pro Stomp Box

Prima bruikbaar ding,

samples zijn erg goed en goed instelbaar. trigger benodigd enige oefening, je moet goed mikken, soms best lastig.

nadeel is dat de HorseKick pro een behoorlijk aanwezige ruis heeft. Jammer. maar verder OK!
