The Ortega RUOX-BA is a baritone ukulele from the Onyx Series, a series that stands out for its all-black, glossy finish combined with warm woods. The spruce top provides a bright, defined tone and clear projection. The mahogany sides and back add warmth and body to the ukulele's sound. With a slightly larger scale than usual for the baritone (510 mm) and G-C-E-A tuning, the same as the top four strings of a guitar, the Ortega RUOX-BA is very accessible for guitarists looking to make the switch! The mahogany neck with tecwood fingerboard sits comfortably in the hand and the walnut finish, gold tuners and black knobs, give it a sophisticated look. The included gig bag protects your instrument with neck lock and thick padding on the inside. This gig bag also offers space for accessories thanks to its two handy storage compartments.
