General
La Bella Super Polished bass strings give you the best of both worlds: the brightness and punch of stainless steel roundwounds, but with a remarkably smooth, "buttery" feel. Polishing greatly reduces the ridges of roundwounds, making them feel smoother than many semi-round/groundwound sets. This 5-string set has standard tension, a hex core for better intonation and is intended for long scale basses. Both top-load and string-through-body are possible (check the length).
