With the Ashdown Saint Soapbar Seafoam Green electric bass guitar starter kit, you’ve got everything you need to start playing straight away. The Saint Soapbar is a no-nonsense bass with a distinctive look and a lovely, direct sound. The poplar body keeps it light and resonant, whilst the toasted maple neck and fingerboard provide extra stability and a crisp attack. Thanks to the 34-inch scale length, 20 frets and a comfortable nut width of 38 mm, it feels instantly familiar to both beginners and more experienced players. The passive, hand-wound soapbar pickup keeps things nice and straightforward, with CTS-style potentiometers and simple volume and tone controls. The set is rounded off with a tuner, a guitar strap, a practice amp, an instrument cable and a stand.
