With the Sire Marcus Miller U5 Alder Mint Green electric bass guitar starter set, you’ve got everything you need to start playing straight away on a comfortable short-scale bass. Thanks to the shorter scale length, the string tension feels lighter and the first few frets are closer together, making this bass ideal for smaller hands and for smooth playing with easy bends. The alder body, bolt-on maple neck and luxurious rounded ebony fingerboard provide a solid foundation and a great feel, whilst the string-through-body bridge adds extra directness and definition. Thanks to the passive PJ configuration, you can easily switch and blend between P- and J-style tones using the blend, volume and tone controls. This set also includes a practice amp, tuner, instrument cable, strap and stand, so you can plug in, tune up and store your bass neatly straight away.
