The Sire Marcus Miller V7+ A5 Black Sparkle is a high-quality 5-string electric bass guitar that brings the famous Marcus Miller sound within reach. Thanks to the combination of a North American alder body, a stable maple neck and an ebony fingerboard, this J-model bass delivers a clear, full-bodied tone with powerful bass notes and a pronounced mid-range. The stylish Black Sparkle finish completes the look and gives this bass a striking appearance on any stage.

Versatile electronics and excellent playability

The V7+ A5 is fitted with a set of Marcus Super-J Revolution single-coil pickups and the Marcus Heritage-3 preamp with mid-frequency control. This gives you a wide range of tonal possibilities, from warm vintage jazz bass tones to modern, powerful sounds. The mini-toggle switch allows you to easily switch between active and passive modes. The rounded Edgeless™ fretboard edges also ensure a comfortable playing experience, whilst the C-profile neck feels comfortable in your hand during long rehearsals and gigs.
