General

Weighing 1.78 kg and with an overall length of 85.7 cm, the Traveler Guitar Ultra Light 5-string Bass is a very compact instrument. Yet the neck, with a 30-inch scale and 22 frets, feels no different from that of a standard short-scale bass. The tuning machines are ingeniously incorporated into the solid maple body, cleverly saving the space otherwise taken up by the headstock. Acoustically, this travel bass sounds very quiet, but you can plug into an amp or audio interface thanks to the undersaddle piezo pickup. The body is very small, but it does come with a handy, removable aluminium stand that still allows you to rest it comfortably on your lap. A deluxe gig bag is also included in the price.
