General

The LTD B-204SM-FL Fretless NS (Natural Satin) is a fretless electric bass guitar with an exceptional look. Its lack of frets allows for the familiar smooth bass sections that we find in jazz and R&B, but also in progressive metal. The extra slender neck profile makes this a very comfortable instrument to play. Necessary force and tonal variation are provided for by this guitar's two humbucker pickups and active 3-band equalizer.

Spalted Maple and 5-Piece Neck

Lets take a moment to marvel at the appearance of the LTD B-204SM-FL. Striking as the grain of the ash body may be, it is surpassed by the pattern of the top, which is made of a special type of maple called Spalted Maple. A third tasteful move by LTD is fitting this bass guitar with a five-piece neck, made of three parts maple and two parts rosewood. This is a highly attractive bass for ambitious amateurs that like to play in style.

ESP's LTD bass guitars

LTD is a subdivision of the renowned ESP brand. Many hard rock and heavy metal bass players, ranging from amateur to professional to rock legend, own an ESP guitar. ESP offer several series, including a large number of signature models made in collaboration with famous artists. LTD guitars are perfect if a professional instrument is out of your reach just yet. They offer a durable quality, beautiful shape, tasteful finish and excellent sound at a reasonable price.
