Ik heb jarenlang (ruim 20 jaar) met Elixers gespeeld. Ik heb deze winter een Spirit by Steinberg bass gekregen van mijn vrouw, en de fabriekssnaren vervangen door Rotosound snaren. Er ging een wereld voor me open, heb vroeger wel Rotosound gespeeld, maar dit is zo lekker crisp en helder, met toch ook veel bottom end. Dus toen mijn PJ bass een setje nieuwe snaren nodig had, heb ik de RS66LF besteld, en man wat een geluid. Was even wennen idd om zonder coating of vliesje te spelen, maar het geluid is stukken beter.
