Deze flatwounds hebben iets weg van roundwounds qua geluid, prachtig en heel fijn als je geen zin hebt in kapotte vingers van de roundwound.
De snaren zijn wel iets groffer als je flatwounds bent gewend, maar er valt heel snel aan te wennen.
Ze klinken prachtig op een fretless, bij zowel een volledig open tone als een volledig dichte tone.
Ik zou ze het liefst op al mijn bassen willen zetten

Set fijne snaren met heldere klank , snaren hebben een sound die mooi aansluiten bij de het tijdperk van eind 60-ties en begin 70-ties. Deze wat dikkere snaren geven een mooie toon met een stevig fundament. En het gladde oppervlak geven een groot speelgemak

Gebruik deze snaren al ruim 20 jaar en kan ze erg aanbevelen voor op oude Fender en Music Man bassen!
Dit is tevens dé snaar dikte van de jaren '50 - '70, en dat hoor je ook meteen.
Voor mij de ultieme flatwounds!

Deze snaren zijn eigenlijk echt niet oké!
Toen ik ze er op legde trokken deze snaren mijn hele hals krom. Ik moest mijn hals pin zelfs verder doorschroeven dan eigenlijk mag. Dus kon ik ze niet eens gebruiken. Ze zijn super stijf en spelen dus super moeilijk.
Mijn tip: echt niet doen!!!
