for the money,these strings are fine,i went for the light gauge and for me,they are too light,very easy to bend,but,they stay in tune,next time i`d go for a medium,what i will say,is that the service from bax is excellent,my guitar was packed incredibly well,and a really fast delivery,included a free book about how to look after your instrument, how to change strings,and the like,i`m past needing this info,but if this is your first guitar,some great pointers................hats off to bax music
