The Dunlop KKN1052 is an electric guitar string set from the Icon Series. To be specific, it's actually the signature set from Trash Metal guitar icon Kerry King, from Slayer. Dunlop's KFK strings were designed in collaboration with the shred king himself to provide ultimate durability and tone so you can play all of those heavy metal riffs and solos. The strings are made of high-quality steel and nickel-wound steel, and have gauges ranging from .010 to .046 inches. The set also includes an extra .052 string so you have the option of using a thicker E string for drop tunings; of course, all seven strings can also be used for 7-string guitars.
Dunlop electric guitar strings offer a unique combination of creamy highs, focused mids and defined lows. The best material combined with the unique ratio between the gauge of the string's core and the coils results in strings that last longer and can be broken in more quickly. In addition, the Dunlop guitar strings provide a balanced string-to-string response, so you can enjoy impressive precision and intonation when you are playing your guitar.
The Dunlop KKN1052 Kerry King string set for electric guitar comes in unique packaging that protects its contents from moisture, and thus from corrosion. The VCI-Fresh technology (Vapour Corrosion Inhibitor) guarantees that your strings are kept in their original condition.
